Neil has over 45 years Information Systems experience having worked in a variety of roles including Business Planning Manager, Change Manager, Continual Service Improvement Manager, trainer and consultant. Neil has worked with a number of organisations in a variety of industries in both government and commercial sectors. His experience has provided him with opportunities in industries from aviation to education.
Neil’s practical experience in Service Management is broad and encompasses Problem Management, Availability Management, Financial Management and Change Management. He has utilised his practical experience and passion for service management to provide effective and efficient training with authority on the subject matter.
Neil was a member of the ITIL V3 Managing Across the Lifecycle syllabus board.
